Hi Fellow Trainers
Today is Day 6 of Master Prac in Sydney, Australia.
So much change has happened already with everyone! Students are so much more relaxed than day 1. You know what it is like from your own trainings! We are hearing lots of chatter, students creating amazing support groups AND today we watched Adriana do modelling for spoon bending!
Have you seen the online spoon bending exercise? Well, it’s so much fun! This year, the questions students asked Adriana during the modelling exercise were really good. Eventually, after Adriana had bent many spoons from her kitchen, students bent their spoons in seconds!
The spoon bending is the alternative to the board break exercise. The live training room did brilliantly with all students breaking those boards!

Ahhhh – more fun coming for sure!! Yes – breaking the board is awesome! You will remember how Adriana asks the students for questions about how she breaks the board, well same with the spoon bending – Adriana has a cool technique and everyone as a lot of fun doing this. I think there might be a video somewhere – I’ll see if i can find it and post. Have a good one over there Robert and talk soon! Gina 🙂

Is there any opportunity to access to the bending spoon video? because I would love to learn to do that!.
I just did a Master Practitioner and we broke the board even with online people, but I would love to do the bending spoon the next time!
