Hi friends, I’m curious if anyone has hired other trainers to work with them as contractors long term, and specifically, looking for examples of compensation strucutures. This is a TJC trained person I am interviewing, who wants to join my vision as an employee, not as a busines partner, not as a coaching assistant. This is an independent contractor employee situation.

The position for which I’m hiring an Assistant Trainer includes:

Admin support before, during trainings (including logistics, manual revisions, any prep going into the trainings)
Co-leading courses (prac and master prac, Hypno, and Time Line Therapy) as well as 3-day hypnosis and Creating Your Future
Leading the above courses solo without me if needed
Supporting students going through online curriculum to ensure successful attendance at their certification events

Would love any insight on how this is done in the TJC as well as in your businesses. Thanks in advance!

      -Rebecca

      Hi Rebecca

Congratulations on the growth of your business ??

It’s good question you raise. I’m keen to hear from others in the Forum who are doing this too.

Am thinking that with a clear scope, expectations and outcomes that whoever comes on board will be an excellent rep for your business.

      go well, Gina
