My name is Sadhna
I have a background in Statistics, research and Personal Development. I continue to study Psychotherapy and NLP to continue to up skill myself personally and professionally.
Life takes us on different journeys, life throws a lot of things on us and we don’t see them coming. Personally, I’ve lost and found my way again and again, but my passion to help others always remained. In recent years I’ve learned and gained a lot of skills that has enabled me to help others. These skills have been used and proven useful. I entered into this field as I was passionate toward helping and supporting people. My initial search started with dealing with human emotions, to get a control over emotions and not let the emotions control you. Emotion takes over every moment of our life. I integrated this in my practice, the techniques into my coaching and therapy sessions, the results amazed me. I discovered what I was looking for in years. The practice produced quick changes and transformed lives for my clients that were suitable and ecological and most importantly sustainable.

I would love to keep learning and improving myself along with practising the skills i gained. I feel privileged to be a part of the forum with like minded people and professionals in this field.

It’s amazing how we all initially get interested in studying NLP, I personally was excited about helping others gain control over their negative emotions as well….. Little did I know that I was going to get the MOST benefits from it 🙂

Hello Sadhna nice to meet you!
I got to NLP in search for improving my communication skills as usually what I thought, what I said and what the other person heard were three completely different things ?.
Little did I know that attending to these trainings will completely change my life and give me the answers I was long looking for and the tools to create the life I want. It has been a great journey in the last three years and happy to share the future of it with you!
