Hello everyone, my name is Showleh Tolbert. I am a proud graduate of Tad James Company and have been running my coaching and training company since 2016. Since I started my business I have had to overcome many challenges and continue to do so and keep stepping out of my comfort zone. I must admit at times I do find it very challenging to step out but that’s the only way I know that I am growing. Since start of my coaching business I’ve written a business plan every year and looking back it is a great feeling seeing myself where I was and where I am today.

I am really excited to be here and I look forward to exchanging ideas, experiences, and getting feedback from you all.
