I am actively coaching in Puerto Rico since I came back from the 2018 TTT in Vegas, and I totally love it! Clients are coming from referrals and also from small Intros. I am experiencing the amazing feeling of helping others with their transformation. Currently I am in the process of structuring my business (Incorporation, Logo, Web site, Social networks, Business cards, etc.) and in the prep steps to start as a Trainer (target date Sept 2019).
Since I started my coaching business, I have been studding the market to identify my main competitors, their weakness and strengths, services provided, selling prices, etc. Recently I went to an event from the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and had the opportunity to calibrate my skills among other coaches with far more experience that me… and honestly it felt amazing. Fortunately, I found that being trained by The Tad James School, has a lot of advantages. All the training hours and hundreds of suggestions to my UM definitely worked!
I also found that most of the competitors are using the term Neuro Science Coaching instead of NLP Coaching, although they are selling the same services. I will like to know your opinion to this respect.

I love when I’m around other Coaches from different schools… I literally find it undeniable how good I am and how well I’ve been trained!!
We, graduates of TJC, are prepared as soon as we graduate to coach and to charge money…which makes all the difference in the world. Some of these coaches after those programs are still waiting for “hours in the field” to get certified to then get paid….and they are paying the training company to coach their own clients, until they get certified!!! What????

In regards to the Neuro Science Coaching.
I’m from the school-of-thought that the more honest and transparent you are about what you do the less confusing life becomes later.
See Wanda, I am actually a Neuroscientist…I have a degree from a University that has that word written in calligraphy with a seal confirming years of work and tens of thousands of dollars paid…..and even I do not write NeuroScience Coaching on my business card, nor do I tell people that’s what I do.
I have no connection to that field anymore and I don’t use traditional medically-based anything in my coaching practice…..but then again that is how I am interpreting the word and the connotation of how that word is being used in this context.I think you should use words to describe you that hold you out to be exactly who you are and how your work is defined. NOT on how fancy and smart you sound to others…. I mean Neuro Linguistic Programming sounds fancy enough….why change it? Plus those individuals may really not be certified by a reputable company nor have qualifications that meet any type of Board standards and have to call it Neuro Science Coaching, because they are neither Neuroscientists nor are they Practitioners of NLP….. think of that?
