Hope everyone is well and safe in their corner of the world – maintaining a healthy mind, a healthy body and building their immune systems up naturally whilst applying social distancing 🙂
We have had a number of Trainers contact us asking what we are doing with our training etc during these uncertain times.
A quote from Adriana that rings true very much for me right now is ‘Remember, no one has the right to control your emotions, thoughts and action, unless you let them”.
Our commitment is to deliver live training’s to all of our students. At live training’s you truly get the high level positive K and integration that makes what we do so unique and valuable.
With that being said we are 100% moving forward with our live training’s and we will ensure we are going over and above any new government / state laws that are put into place (of course).
This may mean our training numbers will need to be capped due to the size of the room.
This will also mean with topics like anchoring we will teach self-anchoring instead, and with parts integration, we will give the verbal suggestion to bring their hands up instead of doing it for them – ensuring there is zero touching between students.
And because of this, yes, there will be no high-fives or hugs 🙁 but i am sure we can manage that for a couple of training’s!If in the event of a full ‘lockdown’ in the US or AU, we will still run the training however it will be delivered over ‘Zoom’ – students will of course still work through the NLP Practitioner pre-study collection as normal before the zoom class starts.
Essentially the NLP, TLT, NLP Coaching and Hypnosis content / information will be taught over zoom (we propose over 4 days at the Practitioner level) and then once travel restrictions have been lifted we will run a 3 day ‘evaluation’ whereby we will see the students successfully complete each technique in NLP, TLT & Hypnosis with their client and we can then certify them (seeing your clients successfully complete each exercise is part of the ABNLP, TLTA & ABH certification standards).ALSO, to rest assure the students who are 50/50 about moving forward with a potential ‘online option’ and thinking they are missing out and they ‘may wait for the live training again’ – any student who commits and partakes in the zoom training will have the ability to come back and review the live training FREE of charge (within 2 years).
I hope what we are doing can give you some strategies on how you can continue to create transformational training experiences for your students and together, we will continue to grow our incredible industry.
We are in uncharted waters at the moment, and it is important to maintain critical thinking and always look for options and possibilities – “if you want the rainbow, you got to put up with the rain”.

One thing to remember for everyone.
Times of crisis only make us better. These times push us to bring out the most valuable qualities we have as human beings. Creativity and imagination. They allow us to actually get off our comfortable but boring behinds, and innovate, change, adapt, create, and envision things which otherwise we would not have done.
It is a situation where we have no other choice and that’s GREAT!The biggest enemy you have right now is INACTION; crawling into a hole, become a victim and doing nothing.
This situation allows us an otherwise unimaginable opportunity to leap forward into the future and create something that’s really good for all of us, good for the future and good for all those who don’t have our tools and need our work and dedication.
At the TJC, both in the USA and Australia we are true to what we always stood for. Transforming the Planet one person at the time. Or one group at the time. So our trainings go on as planned. Ok, we have a temporary situation in which – in the worse case scenario – we have to do zoom to teach, which, of course is by far not as emotionally satisfying as live trainings. But this is temporary. This shall pass as well. There are always solutions to everything.
Yes, the old saying is true: in every crisis there is opportunity. Opportunity for ourselves to grow, change, develop and move to the next level.Now it’s the time for you to do the same. We invite you to really step up! Be true to what you always said you believe in. Put to use everything you leaned and know so well and be true to what your role is in Transforming The Planet. Making it a better place for all of us.
