Marisa joined us here from Thailand with 5 of her graduates who are attending this year’s training as she simultaneously translates EVERYTHING that Adriana says into Thai for her students, you are rocking it girl!!
She shared with us her amazing success stories in the business of NLP. She also did her studies with TJC for the structure in NLP and the process of the business development program in the Master Trainer Program.
She loves to work and travel and help people. She finds great satisfaction working in the field of NLP and transformation.
After she graduated NLP Trainer’s Training from the USA 2018 she knew she had to dig deep inside, pull out the resources, and take action.
With that she had 70…yes that’s right 70 students sign up to her first NLP and Time Line Therapy(r) class!!
It was huge so she knew (once again) she had to reach down and use her resources to accommodate that amount of people and she has had success after success in putting on Luxury NLP courses running them at 5 star hotels with 5 course meals in Thailand.

Debra
Shared with us her journey as a Preacher’s daughter from Australia, growing up feeling like a ‘bad girl’ and moving all the way to NYC (the original Crocodile Dundee 🙂 ).
At every level of success she had in business she felt like she was faking it and that one day people would find out she was a fraud. Well her limiting beliefs completely dissolved as she transformed her life and business and relationships with NLP and TLT etc.
Her endearing husband had a funny conversation with her that kick-started her business taking her from a chill Yoga lady to the spicy ass-kicking coach and trainer that you know her as; he said, “Debra it’s time to get off your Kumbay-ass and make some money!” 🙂
Within no time Debra quadrupled her success in this field and made more than she did in Corporate America and now Corporate America is her client!!

Cherry
AKA the Croatian Sensation
Started her journey in this field long before NLP, using Hypnosis for weight loss with clients. She attended her trainings with Brad for NLP to use with her clients only….yet she agreed to play at 100%, as Brad requested, and play at 100% in this context means go through the Prac training as if she’s there for herself. Well, as you can imagine, when she did she had massive breakthroughs that shattered her model of the world and for the first time in her life she looked out into a bright future towards her dreams and goals and everything she never knew that she could have for herself.
She inspired the audience by saying, ” Invest in yourself and be prepared to play at 100% and you will create your Universe!”
Cherry is transforming the planet by helping others create their universe, she runs several Pracs and Master Pracs per year and she has recently cracked into the Public School system helping youths in programs using NLP called Developing Successful Minds.

Brinly
Talked directly to all of our “determined little beasts” that we all have deep inside. She always knew that there was something special about the Tad James Company, something more than just personal development. With that knowledge and her training in NLP/TLT/Coaching/Hypnosis she set out to model excellence and teach Practitioner and Master Practitioner courses. In alignment with learning how to bring that ‘something special’ into her business and be part of that ‘something special’ as part of the TJC staff Australia, Brin shared the benefits of assisting as part of your growth and mark on the world in the Master Trainer Assisting Program! Sha-BLAM!!

You all did a beautiful job uplifting this group of students and reminding us all exactly why we do what we do!!

All I can say is what a privilege, followed by better late than never. After so many years of putting off becoming a part of this program I am finally in a place that I can appreciate the opportunity for growth that is available to me in the group of amazing and supportive professionals.
