      Thanks for this Adriana.
I waited too long! The video from this link was removed due to a copyright claim…

      I was able to find 15 minute segments of Pt 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 – linked below…unable to find Pt 1.

Additionally, I recently discovered a fascinating and informative documentary on what is being called: “Surveillance Capitalism”

Just watched this and wow… even after already knowing a lot about surveillance capitalism, this was an eye opener.

From one angle, you can actually see this development as the enhancement of human perception, through technological rather than conscious means. It’s also the dark side of this perceptual capability… much like people who misuse NLP in un-ecological ways.

NLP actually gives us as individuals many similar “superpowers” of perception to what the technologists are achieving via AI algorithms. We can spot the hidden trends in human behavior and use that insight to redirect human behavior. The difference is that we’re doing it with ecology and respect for the free will of the individual.

What if these same technological superpowers were used to redirect people toward choices that enhance their consciousness and well-being? Only with the person’s consent and conscious awareness, of course. In this end this is all about free will and choice.

In a strange way, this “evil” activity is actually expanding human consciousness because it is increasing awareness. These AI algorithms help us spot previously unseen connections and relationships between things… ultimately leading to the conclusion that all things are connected. The key is to make sure that this expanded awareness respects free will, and that it goes both ways instead of being a one-way mirror.

But eventually it will. Eventually you will have open source software to look at publicly available videos and photos of public figures and world leaders and determine more about them that they know themselves… including how honest they are… even if they’re lying in real time. Think an AI sensory acuity version of Milton Erickson… “I knew she went into a trance because I saw the pulse on her ankle quicken from across the room.” Soon anyone will be able to do the same with AI. Everyone will have the equivalent of a real-time polygraph.

This type of radical transparency has the potential to really transform the planet for good, by making the unseen seen and allowing us to hold business and political leaders more accountable for their behavior. So it’s another example of the way our universe is diverging as it expands: things are becoming more secret and more transparent simultaneously.

As we find ourselves more exposed by this technology, our flaws and foibles are magnified and reflected back at us more quickly, creating a massive feedback loop for personal growth and development. When our every move is scrutinized, we all have to be on our best behavior, but that also means we have to grow faster. Because no one can keep up an act like that forever… sooner or later you have to just let go of the darkness within… which is our specialty by the way.

I’m excited to see how we redirect this seemingly dark development to the enhancement of human prosperity and the prosperity of all life.

I love you optimistic outlook Adam, I’m incredibly hopeful myself.

I too am of the belief that these technologies can be utilized to increase awareness. The question then is who will have access? It’s the division between the have’s and the have not’s. I can see that we are only a step away from your vision of deep self actualization through the utilization of advanced technologies and open transparency however we must not avoid the steps in between by giving up our power in hoping that the technology will take care of it for us.

Yes while it is possible that these technologies could deliver real time polygraphs holding people more accountable for their actions and AI algorithms can solve complex problems through sorting large amounts of meta data helping us be more aware of the relationships in our “universe”. I believe the very first order of business is to close the gap in the division between the have’s and the have not’s and I’m not speaking of material possessions, I’m speaking of HAVING the ability to think, to discern and HAVE the ability to act in away where LOGIC has been applied.

This is the key to true personal empowerment, the key to growing faster and by closing this gap you ensure the success of this vision NOW!

Every webinar, coaching client, training or post like the one you now shared supports this new vision and I’m excited to be on the journey with you.

Great points, Kallum. Thanks for engaging. Glad we can finally follow up the open loop from December when we briefly started discussing NLP and technology. I need closure! ?

Totally agree about taking action and not waiting for tech to fix things. Tech just amplifies what we are, so we need to make better people to develop and use the tech for sure.

As for access to advanced tech, the Have Mores will always have more than the Have Lesses, by definition. But I think even the trickle down tech available to the masses is going to be quite powerful. I mean what if you could buy a robot for $15 that can take care of your home, grow your own organic food, cook for you, etc? When AI and robots really kick in, especially if/when fusion energy finally happens, the price of goods can go down at the speed of Moore’s Law… exponentially. Do you think anyone would need Universal Basic Income in that scenario? What if we don’t need to work because we earn enough in a few hours to pay for our way of life for a month? What would we do then? Life might not revolve around economics anymore. So then we have more time to focus on our personal and spiritual development.

There are a lot of voices taking about how things can go wrong. I hear very few voices talking about what do we want to create instead?

Transform the Planet… into what, specifically?

I bet we can come up with some pretty cool ideas on this forum with the high level of thinking here. Would love to hear more people’s thoughts on what an empowered, humanistic, life-affirming future might look like on this planet and beyond.
