What is a business model? Now this is a tool that Glen and I use a lot when we are business consulting. It’s a simple, high-level view of your whole business on one SINGLE PAGE and gives you flexibility, a way to see opportunities and much more in a flash.
Have I used a business model with different sized businesses? Yes. I have used the business model for a business I managed where I was responsible for >$110M AUD revenue per year and increased the revenue and managed costs at the same time.
