      1. Guide and answer members’ questions, post, as well as point members to resources or instructions or quickly write up a short set of instructions.

      2. Post new projects and make sure the previous projects have been completed successfully by the members. Assist members in the accomplishment of projects with advice, strategies, and concrete plan of action.

      3. Be proactive and knowledgeable, polite and helpful towards other members and give advice whenever needed and whenever possible.

      4. Visit the forum each day, actively take part in discussions as often as possible, ideally once a day, setting a good example to the other members.

      5. Edit or remove posts to keep unsuitable content out without prior notice and at their discretion. If you have a question for a moderator on a decision, you can email them, set up a phone appointment and discuss it privately. Phone appointments with the Master Trainer Coach are still available.

      6. Be technically competent – they can easily adapt to new features and are efficient in explaining to new members or confused members how to navigate the forum.

      7. Be able to distinguish between normal disagreements in ideas or strategies which may work differently for different people with Values Levels and external circumstances and unacceptable behaviour which may violate the standards of this forum.

      8. Only the moderator(s) can close or lock a thread.

Members who do not respect these rules may be subject to having their posts edited or deleted, their member account permanently banned from further access and/or deleted without notice. This may have a negative impact on the Master Trainer Certification.

Rules and guidelines may change at anytime, please re-read them regularly.
