Make a list of what specifically are people interested in (in your area)? How?
Make a survey of 100 people you talk to (live) and ask them what’s important to them in _____ 😕 (the context i8s dependent on where you are positioned, so make sure you do Project No. 19 before you attempt to proceed with this one. Each geographic area, even if in the same country may have different interests. Each demographics (age, gender, background, etc.) may have different needs.
Who do you want to appeal to? These are the people whose needs you want to discover and appeal to.
Discuss in the forum and exchange ideas as to how to find that out.

In 2018 I appealed to Level 4 and Level 5 women in professional careers, and self-employed women starting or growing their small business. I attracted the latter, through the networks I joined, as I moved from a professional management career to being a small business woman.

They valued family and career/business, freedom, money, growth, success, recognition, and what made it difficult for them was the conflict between their values, for example family #1 value and business #2 value, with money sitting low on the ladder.

I want to appeal to the professional executive and entrepreneur aged 35-50 who has got everything going for them, they are making things happen in their lives, generating $millions per annum, they are forward focussed, solution finders, energetic, pro active and are totally ready to be coached to the next level.

Wow, just writing that out, has me excited. Now to find 100 of these people and elicit their values.
      Thank you.

Combined with your experience of working hard to make things happen and starting from very little, this can be an extraordinary niche.
There is a movement all around the planet for giving women empowerment to be excellent in their careers and the right to excel. So the two put together could act as a powerhouse.
Yes, set goals in your future TL for that. The more clear you are, the better it is in terms of defining your target demographics, the better your projections. You narrowed down “everybody” to a clear and concise selection.
That’s not easy for many people. You got it nailed.

Look around for women’s conferences, meetings, networking events. Read the networking project and the video I made for that.
I am sure his can be a very successful position for you. ????

Thank you Adriana for your advice and for putting it all so succinctly and clearly.

I commit to both actions and will schedule it into my Calendar to make it happen.
