KeymasterHow much time, money and energy do you need to invest to achieve your business goal?
Write down the realistic available figures to start with. Be specific. Hours of work per week and per day, how much money specifically are you ready to invest in marketing and advertising, and how much energy are you willing to put in. Do not draw premature conclusions as in ” I don’t have much money to invest right now so i better give up. If you don’t have a lot of money to invest right now, you’ll have to get there differently. It is true that the issue of energy is not quantifiable, but in terms of time and money you need to be specific. Do not commit to more than you are truly willing to put in. Then ask yourself, is the goal i set up in Project No. 1 realistic now that i am clear how much i am willing to commit from my time and money? Maybe it is more realistic than before. Maybe you need to reconsider how much time and money are you willing to invest.
Then look again at Project 1b.
Is it worth your effort? If you got the Project 1b done well, and you thought it through correctly, the answer should be undoubtedly a resounding YES!After you’re done, read through what you wrote. ask yourself again, “Am i willing to commit this amount of time, money, and energy to achieve the goal i set for myself?” At this point you should be clear. Do not brush over these projects lightly even if you think you know them all. We do this regularly here, and we found them to be key elements of our successful business.
If in doubt or unsure, discuss on the forum. Help each other out with advice and suggestions.
Tick the box “notify me on follow-up replies via email” and watch for emails coming from noreply@adrianajames.com when a response to your question is posted. The next Project is about your niche. Do your homework thoroughly up to this point, meaning do all the projects posted so far, otherwise the niche project will sound meaningless to you, and you’ll still have to go back a go through everything required.

KeymasterTake a piece of paper, and write down daily how much time you spend in every activity. Track how much time you spend and for what specifically. Then see if most of your time is occupied with things that produce results, things that support your goals VS things that don’t. Cut out or at least reduce those things that don’t.
About the money invested. Look at your financial goal. Ideally you need to spend between 10-20% of your declared goal on marketing/advertising per year. -

ParticipantIn the past I have set far outrageous goals and been disappointed when not achieving them. I decided to get more realistic and give myself a small break this year….so;
12month goal has me consistently earning an average of $1500/wk and $39K to date from coaching. This includes having the ability and working with clients in different parts of Australia, all contracts, tax, office admin in order and having run numerous workshops. This is broken down in detail for 3,6,12 months and daily tasks.I am pleased to say that my 3month goal is well on track to being achieved.
Time- I am working full time on the business at the moment which admittedly is only equalling about 35hours per week as I have come up with some fantastic reasons why I’m not doing more. Chandelle posted an inspiring video around motivation recently which has seen me getting more in order and achieving more of my daily tasks.
Money- I am open to spending what I need in the most beneficial manner
Energy- I need more energy, about 50% more please. I do currently let myself use it up without consciously replenishing it. Part of my daily tasks involve doing more fitness which I know gives me a release and builds my energy. Getting wins also builds my energy levels.

KeymasterCameron, the issue of energy is very vast. There are many things draining one’s energy including but not limited to the frequency soup in which we are moving like cell phones radiation (you should turn yours off during the night, and that means OFF not in airplane mode), WiFi (make sure the WIFi is off during the night) ELF, EMF, weather management projects, solar radiation management, HAARP, CERN, etc. One sure thing to increase your level of energy is driven from two very simple factors: diet and sleep. Going to bed before 10 pm every night is essential and being on a paleo-kitogenic diet is another. I cannot stress this enough. It makes a massive difference in the level of energy you experience during the day. Make sure you do not drink fluoridated water. This is in most bottled water you buy as well as in your tap water. Therefore you need to now what brands of water do not contain fluoride and stay away from it. The level of essential oils (Omega 3,6,9) for your central nervous system is also very important. The endocrine system is squeezed because of the electronic soup in which we live, and because of the junk we put in our bodies. The endocrine system includes the adrenals. When the adrenals are stressed out from internal factors (mind and emotions), diet containing bad carbs and GM foods which elevate the level of estrogens and mess up the testosterone in men…all these factors impinge on the level of energy you experience. Read the book “Fat for Fuel” by Dr, Mercola. It is an easy and fun book to read. You can find it in Amazon. You need to feed literally your brain and endocrine system with the right inner and outer environment – mind and emotions – and correct physical foods and get a break from the electronic soup at least during the night when body recuperates from the daily stress. Stress is mental, emotional but also physical and by that I mean the invisible stress of the electronic noise in which we spend our modern lives. As I said this is a vast problem affecting most people I know and only a very disciplined life style can help. It is not an issue of motivation internal or external – in fact it has nothing to do with that. Very motivated people with their values totally aligned still experience energetic burn out. Now, to move people from their life style to the one supporting their energy levels is like trying to move mountains. It seems that the UM would rather go to bed at midnight and not give up the pasta, bread and cookies – because “it feels good” – than be healthy, but this is because the UM is like a kid and it needs directions from the CM. However, THE most important issue is sleep. This is the time where the body regenerates and recuperates and builds energy. Going to bed before 10 pm makes an enormous difference in the levels of energy one has. Of course there are other techniques to increase the level of energy that are not part of NLP per se, and, as you know, those we teach in APEP, however, even so, for all of us, sleep is essential. We found out that because of the stress on the body during the day (and especially the electromagnetic stress to which we are all subjected), our sleep needs have increased. And when we respect our body’s need for recuperation, the energy level increases also by more than 50%. I hope this makes sense and if you have more specific questions let me know.
This article from Dr. Mercola posted recently discusses the issue in depth. https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2018/02/21/cellphone-radiation-linked-to-tumors.aspx?utm_source=prnl&utm_medium=email&utm_content=art1&utm_campaign=20180221Z1_UCM&et_cid=DM187797&et_rid=220815578
Here is an excerpt from this article:“Connect your desktop computer to the internet via a wired Ethernet connection and be sure to put your desktop in airplane mode. Also avoid wireless keyboards, trackballs, mice, game systems, printers and portable house phones. Opt for the wired versions.
If you must use Wi-Fi, shut it off when not in use, especially at night when you are sleeping. Ideally, work toward hardwiring your house so you can eliminate Wi-Fi altogether. If you have a notebook without any Ethernet ports, a USB Ethernet adapter will allow you to connect to the internet with a wired connection.
Shut off the electricity to your bedroom at night. This typically works to reduce electrical fields from the wires in your wall unless there is an adjoining room next to your bedroom. If that is the case you will need to use a meter to determine if you also need to turn off power in the adjacent room.
Use a battery-powered alarm clock, ideally one without any light. I use a talking clock for the visually impaired.
If you still use a microwave oven, consider replacing it with a steam convection oven, which will heat your food as quickly and far more safely.
Avoid using โsmartโ appliances and thermostats that depend on wireless signaling. This would include all new โsmartโ TVs. They are called smart because they emit a Wi-Fi signal, and unlike your computer, you cannot shut the Wi-Fi signal off. Consider using a large computer monitor as your TV instead, as they donโt emit Wi-Fi.
Refuse smart meters as long as you can, or add a shield to an existing smart meter, some of which have been shown to reduce radiation by 98 to 99 percent.45
Consider moving your babyโs bed into your room instead of using a wireless baby monitor. Alternatively, use a hard-wired monitor.[ I know you don’t have kids, but he writes the article for all people]
Replace CFL bulbs with incandescent bulbs. Ideally remove all fluorescent lights from your house. Not only do they emit unhealthy light, but more importantly, they will actually transfer current to your body just being close to the bulbs.[that is if you can still find incandescent bulbs]
Avoid carrying your cellphone on your body unless in airplane mode and never sleep with it in your bedroom unless it is in airplane mode. Even in airplane mode it can emit signals, which is why I put my phone in a Faraday bag.
When using your cellphone, use the speaker phone and hold the phone at least 3 feet away from you. Seek to radically decrease your time on the cellphone. I typically use my cellphone less than 30 minutes a month, and mostly when traveling. Instead, use VoIP software phones that you can use while connected to the internet via a wired connection.”Now about time management. this is related to the focused time you allocate to what you want to do (see also my answer to Cristina). And not only how much time you allocate, but how much FOCUSED time without interruptions and brain drainage you allocate to your important projects; what are THE important things for your business. If you’re in the middle of doing something important to you, and your phone rings and you’re pulled into an unrelated conversation, the energy drainage is huge. At the end of the conversation, you need to remember where you were, what you were thinking…and many times you don’t even get to complete what you intended to do for you don’t have time anymore. All that extraneous activity takes energy, which is spent on what you did NOT have in mind. If you want to spend time on talking to potential customers, but you have to attend to …hmmm… for example, your car’s windshield which just got cracked (as just happened to me the other day), i found yourself spending several hours on the phone with the insurance company, the repair shop…time which is wasted in regards to what i wanted to do but which i “needed’ to do, and which – personally i did not have in plan for the day. my whole program for the day went crazy. So, time management is also a different issue and it has NOTHING to do with motivation – inner or outer.
This was a long answer, i know, and i did not even start to talk about basic supplementation to increase energy, like boosting the immune system, etc.

ParticipantHi. Very good suggestion on tracking how we spend the day, which activities and what value do they really bring. I guess I always start with high ambition of spending lots of time and energy on the NLP business but it often just has the opposite effect. In my view it is maybe less about the no of hrs but rather qualitative or results we get from the time spent on it. It brings a whole different dimension to time.

KeymasterMaybe I was not clear in my explanation. It has to do with the things you “have to do” VS the things you “want to do”. When I first did this process of monitoring where do my time and energy go, I realized that I was spending a lot of time doing a lot of things that I “had to do” and very little time on the things I really “wanted to do”. As in your example, if I understand it correctly, transcribing NLP in Business is a task that you want to do because it’ll serve your greater purpose of learning how to do an intro seminar. But you find yourself interrupted often, drowning in other tasks that you need to attend to which you don’t really want to do, but they are there, and you feel you need to attend to those because you have to. If you read my answer to Cameron’s question above, this is also draining the energy, pulling the mind in many different directions, and robbing yourself of energy and focus. For example if you say, 15 hours/week dedicated to ….. Whatever …then these are hours in which you don’t want to think or do anything else. If you spend one hour of transcribing/day, but in that hour you’re interrupted 10 times….the energy drainage because of the interruptions with things that you did not plan for (thus you did not “want” to do), is massive and at the end you’ll end up more tired and drained than before you started. I hope this makes sense.

ParticipantTotally agree with you Adriana, about doing the important stuff uninterrupted and scheduling it into my diary. I value my time and my goals, therefore, output and progress are my intention. I also discovered the old strategies that I used when I got into something which was difficult/challenging/new, and thus unconsciously avoiding doing the work…now I have new, positive, results focussed strategies.

ParticipantHi, It make sense, of course, we should monitor only the effective work done for growing our succesfull bussiness (and focus only on that), and explain to the family: โ Until 9 pm (for ex) – 1,5 hours, you will not disturb meโ. And you will enforce your boundaries, and you will teach them about the value of your time, and for the future for their time also.
Thank you Adriana!

KeymasterI got today a question about chronic fatigue and whether when we get them [i assume clients] off sugar for 2 weeks, does this include natural sugar from fruit or purely refined sugar?
Chronic Fatigue is a more complicated issue than it used to be. 20 years ago, even 10 years ago, getting someone off sugar addiction was enough. Nowadays, our environment has changed dramatically and so there is a little more to intervene than just sugar addiction, although the issue of sugar addiction still remains most significant.
So No. 1 is of course, stress. as in the answer i posted to Camneron’s question about energy, stress plays a major role in chronic fatigue as it depletes the adrenals, and then the thyroid… and then a host of other issues appear. A good documentary i recommended to see is the The Thyroid Secret which indirectly or even directly applies to chronic fatigue.
then No. 2 Sugar, sugar addiction, and gut health. To get someone off sugar addiction one has to be off sugar completely for 2-4 weeks depending on how bad is the addiction. No fruit, no honey, no soft drinks, and no artificial sweeteners (no soda). For how dangerous sodas is watch the documentary “Sweet Misery” i posted under the Videos Forum. No sugar added in anything (not even salad dressing). The body will throw a tantrum initially, craving sugar, therefore the sugar has to be replaced by healthy fats. Eating avocados, healthy nuts (check for allergy – many people cannot tolerate peanut butter for example), but almond butter, grass-fed source organic butter, avocado oil, olive oil, mac nuts, coconut oil, etc.
Clean Stevia extract, minimally processed in small amount (Stevia liquid not processed Stevia as in Truvia or other brand names, etc., is OK) – see my answer to Deb in Videos Forum. (https://adrianajames.com/forums/topic/the-truth-about-vaccines/)
Therefore, with the caveat that this should not be interpreted as medical advice since i am not an MD and i have no intention of offering any medical; advice and if someone has problems with Chronic fatigue they should visit their health care provider, i can only share what i found out and provide it as information only.
According to this article https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2016/07/20/chronic-fatigue-syndrome.aspx Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) can be debilitating, causing sufferers to experience unrelenting fatigue no matter how much rest they get. Other symptoms are related to pain and an inflammatory response throughout your body. The medical term for the condition is myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME).
So, there are immediately some labels applied on some set of symptoms. However, there are a bunch of symptoms of ME/CFS which can vary widely from one individual to the next and which include Overwhelming Exhaustion that worsens with physical or mental energy expenditure and does not get better with rest. Other symptoms may include Muscle pain, Palpitations, Fainting, Enlarged glands, Intermittent flu-like symptoms, Memory problems, Headaches, Difficulty sleeping, Difficulty concentrating, Irritable bowel-like symptoms, Food intolerance, Mood swings, Hypersensitivity to light and noise, Temperature control, Gastrointestinal problems and others.
These symptoms can be but do not have to be as a result of the “Chronic Fatigue”. This is why i keep saying that we need to learn HOW to think critically about issues affecting all of us. These are real symptoms and we cannot 1. just “take a magic pill”and get rid of them and 2. should not ignore.
That being said, every one of the above-mentioned symptoms can have other causes unrelated to Chronic fatigue, however they are all part of what people experience when they are labeled with chronic fatigue.
Then the question is what to do?
Here are some ideas coming off articles i read in time – aside from getting off sugar (according to Dr. Mercola less than 25 Grams of fructose/day). The following are from the previous article a liked to above, but are not unique to Dr. Mercola. I have foind them over and over, talking to Mds, especially Functional Medicine Doctors, Naturopathic Doctors, Homeopathic Doctors, etc. I quote Dr, Mercola here because it is very succinct and to the point. Also read the answer i gave Cameron above in relation to the energy in the body.“Recent research links an alteration in your gut microbiome, resulting in loss of bacteria and waste products from your intestines, to an increased inflammatory response in the body. Neurological changes found in individuals with ME/CFS are also linked to inflammation, possibly the result of changes in your gut.
While improving the health of your intestinal walls and gut microbiome may not eliminate your symptoms, it will likely improve them. Practical changes to your nutritional plan may help heal the gaps in your intestinal membranes.
โข Avoid gluten and wheat products: in the U.S., weโre told to increase our whole wheat consumption as a part of a balanced diet and to increase fiber. However, this may actually be damaging your gut health. Gliadins, a component of gluten, are a class of protein found in wheat and cereals. These proteins increase the permeability of your gut.17 Keep in mind that gluten can also be found in other grains, not just wheat.
Wheat germ agglutinin (WGA) is a lectin, or plant protein found in high concentration in seed form. Bread wheat is a relatively new form of wheat that has a resilient and problematic form of WGA.18 It plays a key role in a toxic effect on your kidneys, and there is evidence it increases the damage to your intestinal membrane walls.
โข Reduce your net carbs: the carbohydrate sugar, like grains, will upset the balance of microbes in your gut. Sugar is the food source for bacteria that can prompt damage to your intestinal walls, while fiber is the food source for bacteria that build your intestinal membranes.
Your net carbs are the total grams of carbohydrates youโve eaten in a day, minus the grams of fiber youโve eaten. The difference is your net carbs. Seek to reduce your net carbs to 50 grams per 1,000 calories of food eat each day.
โข Increase your fiber intake: the fiber you eat from whole foods is the nutrient source for bacteria in your gut that help maintain and build the membrane cells in your intestinal walls. This helps to seal the โgapsโ between the cells and reduces any leakage of waste products and bacteria into your blood stream. Focus on eating whole food vegetables, nuts and seeds, such as:
Chia seeds, Almonds, Beans (if one tolerates them well), Berries, Cauliflowers, Green beans, Peas, Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, Onions, Sweet potatoes, Psyllium husk, Flax seeds, (Red but not only) Beets, Parsnips, Turnips
โข Eat fermented foods: although the idea of eating โfermentedโ foods may sound distasteful, you might be surprised by the list of tasty delicacies produced through this ancient preparation and preservation technique. By breaking down carbohydrates and proteins using bacteria, foods become functional, delicious and a source of natural probiotics to feed your gut.
Olives (careful with the vinegar in olives), pickles, grass-fed cheese (if one tolerates milk products), homemade yogurt and sauerkraut are just a few of the foods you may not have considered. Kefir, Kombucha (unsweetened) are also good for remaking the intestinal flora.
A good quality probiotic supplemet can:
โข Produce lactic acid, hydrogen peroxide, and other compounds naturally antagonistic to undesirable microorganisms and yeastโ
โข Interfere with binding of undesirable microorganisms to the intestinal mucosaโ
โข Compete with undesirable microorganisms for nutrients
โข Produce short-chain fatty acids (acetate, propionate, and butyrate) that nourish the colonโ
โข Support innate and acquired immune defense mechanismsโ
โข Promote healthy inflammatory responseโ
โข Improve immunological gut barrier functionโ
โข Synthesize vitamin K and B vitaminsSugar consumption destroys all these beneficial bacteria in the gut, and produce antagonistic results compared to what should be a healthy gut.
there is far more to say about this issue, and i know the question i received was not even this complex, but i feel like i would be cheating you if i did not give you my best thoughts and tell you at least a little of how to think when you have clients presenting you with issues like this one.
Therefore, below i will provide of you a bunch of links. If you really want to know. you will start your own research, and thus learn how to think correctly about hour and your clients health, chronic fatigue and energy issues.
In conclusion, there is a direct relationship between the sugar intake, the gut health, inflammation and Chronic Fatigue. As i mentioned in my answer to Deb in another post, in the old Hawaii, there was a saying that enlightenment begins in the gut. In translation the gut health is majorly responsible for the level of energy (opposite of fatigue) we experience. I would venture to say that all people on the planet today have gut problems because of the environment in which we live. Of course, as i am not an MD, this remains only an opinion.A high quality probiotic supplement can also help.
Keep in mind that a high quality probiotic must contain a high dosage of different strands of beneficial bacteria as:
Lactobacillus rhamnosus 6.0 billion CFU *
Bifidobacterium bifidum 5.0 billion CFU *
Lactobacillus acidophilus 3.0 billion CFU *
Lactobacillus casei 2.5 billion CFU *
Lactobacillus plantarum 2.0 billion CFU *
Lactobacillus salivarius 2.0 billion CFU *
Bifidobacterium longum 1.0 billion CFU *
Streptococcus thermophilus 1.0 billion CFU *
Lactobacillus bulgaricus 1.0 billion CFU *
Lactobacillus paracasei 0.5 billion CFU *
Bifidobacterium lactis 0.5 billion CFU *
Bifidobacterium breve 0.5 billion CFU *The above example and the amount of CFU is provided as an example only. Keep in mind that i am not selling any probiotic, nor am i advertising any particular brand. For your information CFU stands for “colony forming units” that you need and that depends on a number of things.
For general good health, most experts recommend between 6 to 10 billion cfu each day.
For a specific minor health problem a dose of around 20 to 30 billion is often used.
For a major health problem you need to be guided by your personal health professional. As you begin your research and understanding on how to think about these issues, it is important that you don’t freak out. Many of the symptoms presented to us are things that we encounter ourselves and are temporary or due to other transitory factors. That doe not mean we are sick. These are common symptoms, however if we are wise and take precautionary measures we can protect our good health and energy levels.
I would advise you to read and research the following articles. There are just a few of the hundreds of articles and studies i read during the last 10-15 years. But you need to begin somewhere. I provide them only as information not as an endorsement of their respective authors. I am also not necessarily recommending or endorsing the products mentioned in the articles, as to say that one product is beneficial to everyone would be a grave mistake. Everyone is different. I am of the opinion that you need to become so informed and knowledgeable of your own body responses, that you are your main doctor. Therefore the more you know and understand, the more you can do for your own health and for others you are trying to help. I will post more links and useful videos on this topic under the Videos Forum.

ParticipantThese are very helpful discussions. I have spent quite a lot of money and effort incorporating Coaching and Trainings into my website, (which I love doing by the way) Also I have invested in two other outside areas of promoting my business. Funds need replenishing now so I am putting a lot of focus into the suggestions I give to my unconscious mind about the energy of money. Being the best version of me has helped me to really get started with my health plan because I need to be a healthy weight for lots of the reasons you discuss with chronic fatigue. So I am overhauling my body!!! 60 minutes walking when I rise with lots of water then a breaky shake and then a meal. I am following principles of intermittent fasting, whole foods with good fats and low carbs. I also needed to invest and research things around my metabolism according to my age 56 being menopause as my body doesnt respond to what it did 25 years ago. Already I fee so great starting the day I certainly feel the difference in my mind and energy levels. I am looking forward to “seeing” the difference in me too.
So achieving my goals I am think I am putting all my resources, emotional, physical, financial, energy focus, spiritually. Thank you so much for this forum and your expertise Adrianna it is really helping me.

ParticipantHello again
Also I wanted to comment on the transcribing. I have done some and am enjoying it, however I need to discipline myself to set aside specific blocks of time without interruption, as has been discussed. I really like the thinking reframe “Transcribing will help my business and level of excellence”. -

ParticipantWOW, thanks Adriana for the informed response.
A lot of your original response to my statements I am already implementing (average of 85%), especially the sleep idea after the information you and Tad presented at trainers training around the hormones that are not replaced after this time (I did go and conduct research myself after that and found heaps (lots for you non aussies) of relevant information)The biggest taking for me is definitely the WIFI issue, and also the distractions when setting myself to do a task and the amount of energy it takes when allowing ones self to distract. I have already started implementing this with some great results.
In terms of what we need to do vs what i want to do… People, try this hack Look up “coveys quadrant”
work out what is
URGENT IMPORTANT NOT URGENT + IMPORTANTURGENT NOT IMPORTNANT NOT URGENT NOT IMPORTANT
By utilising this (making lists under each) it is easier to work out tasks for yourself and bring awareness to what we “do”
“parkinson’s law” is also effective to utilise, so for example creating accountability and setting timers when doing things and removing the distractions.
This is all N linguistic P and are just handy hacks to look at it differently.
Also thank you so much for extra information and awareness around fatigue.

ParticipantVery insightful comments.
With regards to nutrition, what I have discovered as well is that how we eat is equally important. In the sense that today, when everything must be done quickly, we also end up eating fast, and not being fully aware that we do so.
However the digestion actually starts right from the mouth by chewing/masticating well(30-40 times:)) and doing so even with the liquids like milk, water…can turn out to be exasperating in the beginning but definitely much healthier than ingesting big chunks of food…our stomach which is a “chunk down” fan will digest food much better and you realize that the quantity of food you need is less that what one would normally think. Taking the time to chew also is a good way to stimulate your saliva glands and by doing so you are naturally keeping your teeth healthy too.I must admit I sleep a lot better since I started to turn my phone completely off – I also found out that even if it is turned off and I have an alarm set up, it will automatically turn itself on at the time of the alarm which was a big surprise to me.
With regards to the time, money and energy I put into the NLP business, as of now, I go with 1.5 -2 hours a day during week-days and 3-4hrs during week-ends. Keeping track of what is driving results vs what is not, is smth I just started doing and is a very good way to stay disciplined and focused.
As far as Marketing is concerned, I am fine with spending 10% – 20 % in this area however am not sure specifically in what specifically. I currently have someone helping me create some adds and promoting the events on FB but not sure it is money spent wisely or better asked: what marketing activities can/should we do ourselves and what do you rather advise us to outsource at least at a very high level until we get to the Marketing project. Thank you!

KeymasterMarketing is a big word. It includes the niche, networking, advertising, etc. All of which are made of several different parts themselves. So it’s not just ….marketing…and then comes the selling part, which is also made out of several components, which are also made of several other components …..remember what I said in TT: you need to learn how to market yourself. If you can’t no one else will be able to. Once you understand how to market and sell yourself then you can train some other person. Like in sales. You can hire a great sales person to sell you, but if they don’t know how to sell YOU, no matter how good they are in selling shoes, or radio advertising or …anything else, they won’t be able to sell you because NLP is an high priced intangible. Usually the marketing people will try to place you in a “groove” of generalized marketing principles which most of the time don’t work for our field. Most marketing people, no matter how good they might be, do not understand our field well enough, and do not take the time to do so. And then you spend money and not get the results you want. So, if you really want a good successful business, there is no way around it, you need to understand the basics yourself. You don’t need to become an expert in marketing, but to understand it well enough so you can know when something will work or not.

ParticipantIn the beginning, I was so determined to re-establish myself successfully in NLP full time, I worked a final feature film and invested all that profit, plus a lot more, in travelling to Australia twice to go through Prac to TT in NLP, TLT and Hypnosis. I had worked out the maths with my business advisor and we agreed I could make it work but this was a high risk strategy. I went deeper into the red than Iโve ever known, and I was considerably outside my comfort zone. Between the last day of my last film and earning the first money from NLP there was a period of seven months where I earned nothing but spent everything! Iโm not suggesting this is the best way to do this. Outside the film industry I had no way of earning income
Motivated by the desire, and financial reality, I spent every waking hour invested in website building and optimizing, networking, working through the marketing DVDs from TJC, reading books on advertising, some particularly useful ones were:
Ogilvy on Advertising
Content Rules โ Ann Handley and C.G, Chapman
How to Get to the Top in Google
Advanced Google Adwords โ Brad Geddes
Search Engine Optimisation โ Jennifer Grappone & Gradiva Couzin
Logo Design Love โ David Airey
(also rang Google and spoke about algorythms for website optimization)I invested most of my advertising budget in joining BNI. It was a high risk strategy but it paid off. Itโs probably not for all, but Business Networking International (BNI) turned out to be a hit for me. I got my yearโs subscription back in about a month and after 2 months I was about ยฃ1000 up in the investment. Thatโs because I followed the protocols and invested time โ which I had โ in the process. I got to network with people who are the movers and shakers, people who know that investment of money brings returns, and who were the ideal market for me, not just in and of themselves, but also the contacts that they had too, which I gained access to through my investment. Iโm sufficiently satisfied that I agreed to take the Presidency role, which I assume in March. I went in this direction because I had limited available finance. It has given me so much more than other networking.
I also spent the required time to fully prepare the Practitioner 4-in-1 course, and my fourth one starts in a few days time. I already have four people who are about to commit their deposits for the June Prac, so all is going well. My financial intention this year is to make at least as much money as I was in the film industry, and then to double that figure next year as I move into a bigger house. There is a precise figure. As of two weeks back I have cleared all the money I laid out, in one year I have become debt free, and Iโm very happy about that achievement.
I decided to commit two years of focused effort to this new business, so I cut out a lot of other activities which although enjoyable did not move me towards my business goals. This efficiency with time allowed me to achieve more. For example I kept my martial art practice but backed off from most music making and holidays.
One difference was the regularity, quantity and quality of my sleep, which gave me more energy. I was already vegan, but again I cut out some of the less healthy foods, and I feel better for that. In-line water filter means I get better water to eat, to wash and cook food with, and again I feel better for that. I take regular high quality supplements of various sorts โ that would be a long list. These are some of the less obvious ways of increasing vitality, efficiency and productivity.
I am starting to compartmentalize the different tasks โ website, marketing, networking, writing materials, learning more about the field, creating lists of potential students/businesses, and calling these lists, physical training and so on. I track all that activity in a database, so I know what I have done, when, and any info or actions to take. This helps me enormously and I am continuing to develop that over the next month or so.

ParticipantI find that if I plan too much, nothing happens and everything gets in the way. However, when I just take a huge leap and truly focus on just “getting started”, i actually finish off a lot that I wasn’t “planning” to do. This strategy seems to be working very well so I will keep doing it! I have listed my items to do on my diary and items I cannot finish will be moved onto the next day. I do have to constantly juggle priorities so when a task comes up, I would decide which task that requires me getting back to the client would need doing first, second and third. It’s a constant game I have to play but I do find that if I did switch off my phone and put it on airplane mode, turned off notifications for social media posts and focussed on enjoying the cognitive stretches of the tasks before me, that I achieve a lot of things quickly and efficiently. You are right, Adriana. It is wonderful to cut out all the electronics and the distractions! I haven’t invested a lot of money yet on promoting my NLP trainings but i have certainly invested time (which, I suppose can equate to a considerable sum). I do a lot of ongoing promotions for my profit centre business (being) in immigration but I feel not enough of TLT, Hypnosis, NLP. It appears that my clients all feel very empowered after consulting with me about their immigration problems. One client said he feels like he has wings each time he visits so he loves making an appointment to see me; another said that if he needed a boost in energy and confidence, all he had to do was book in to see me. It is amazing when I switched on the Rapport button and the invisible energy that flows all around, through and out. My energy is overflowing and never ending. One client commented she thought I was overacting each time I visited the cafe. It wasn’t until she actually did TLT with me that she realised where the centre of energy was coming from. I think I would have to accept that I won’t be purely working in a clinical psychology setting and if I already have a following in immigration clients, then so be it. I will be the best NLP/TLT and Hypnosis trainer in my field! I won’t look at it as a dichotomy anymore but more a creative marriage. Reading through the many posts really helps and having a group of like-minded people that are open to learnings is a great place to be. Thanks for sharing, everyone and thanks, Adriana for leading our way. I’m blessed to be taught by the best.

KeymasterHi Margie, these are very good discoveries. You seem to be doing great. Congratulations. It it is almost unbelievable how much time we spend on activities that rob us of our time and energy. When we realize what they are and eliminate them, we then have time to allocate for what we really want to achieve. Please watch the videos I posted under the Videos and Articles of Inetrest forum. You will have more “aha” moments.

ParticipantI must also credit swish patterns for turning off my procrastination to moving from my stuck state and getting stared. For some reason, the anchors I have installed is โvisualโ whilst the V-K synesthesia appears to be stronger and positively affecting me with using the swish pattern. Is this just a matter of preference and going with what works a la modelling excellence?

KeymasterWell… LOL, remember what I kept saying in the trainings. This is why you have a bunch of techniques. You apply what works best for the client. For some people procrastination – motivation works really well. You seem to be very visual and thus a visual process worked better with you. Good discovery. And so slowly you …. And I… And everyone else who cares to proceed and push through the barriers that we all encounter every day of our lives, we get to understand and know ourselves much better, and get rid of everything that has been accepted unconsciously and made into a rule that defines “who I am “, if this makes sense. Well done! Keep us posted.

ParticipantWhat a great discussion and so incredibly valuable
Time-
I currently work Full Time in my business
I see clients Tuesday- Friday
Mondays are spent reviewing the previous week and tying up lose ends
I work backwards month by month ie what do I need to do this month, then which week does it need to be completed then which day, then what time in the day
I break up my day into hours and schedule what I need to do into those hours I find that I don’t answer any calls during my focused time on the business unless its my children. This system works really well for me and since I implemented this early March I have gotten a lot more done then I could have imagined
If i finish something early I then choose whether to move to the next project or take time out, return calls etcMoney- I will spend what ever is needed to up level my business and have already set budgets and goals for further training for myself next year
Energy- Since becoming vegan I seen to have heaps more I get up earlier and get much more done I put 100% of my energy and focus into what I am doing at that time

This type of ‘block’ scheduling works wonders for me as well! Allows good focus during the allotted time boundaries. It’s important, as you have noted, that you plan your energy expenditure (time and money) working backwards from your yearly/monthly/weekly goals! -

ParticipantI am clearly not investing 10-20% of goal to advertising/marketing. looking forward to getting more learning around this.
I currently spend (time and energy) per day on:
1 hour bookkeeping
2-4 hours studying/skill development (riding and Nlp)/advertising/answering enquiries/messages
2 hours work related chores
4-6 hours with clients (horse & human)
1 hour watching mindless tv
1/2 hour on phone (work related)
0-1hour on phone (not work)
7-9 hours sleepingI see that much of my time and energy is not creating results in the short term. certainly the time I spend advertising on FB is not very fruitful. I am planning on delivering some free introductions and would love advise around this.
I can feel the neural pathways opening already!

KeymasterAnnie,
You need to start looking at spending money wisely on advertising that works. Facebook does not really work unless used n a roundabout way which is a long process and requires time to build. even then, there is a difference between brand awareness and results (enrollments). the fact that you get “likes” on FB does not mean people will take a training from you. then it depends on what audience are you targeting. FB may work for audience that you doh’t want. that’s why again it is important to define clearly who is your preferred client as many tines i stressed in the trainings. You don’t want “everybody”. You want a certain type of client based on your background, niche, preference, therefor targeted audience on FB becomes even more convoluted.
Unfortunately, in advertising the game is that you never know until you try it.
Google is a good source so far, however very expensive. you can cut the costs down if you advertise only in your area – you can set up geographically the area in which you want to advertise.
Also, make sure that you do the projects referring to your advertising and marketing (much of it is already written in Marketing NLP training) as well as the project about networking. You need to become very good at wording your advertising (this is why I devised the exercises in language Marketing NLP training). Also utilize more referrals from your existing happy clients.
Good luck and let us know how it goes.
see, the linguistic techniques are just that. Techniques. We can use them for good even if they are used many times to manipulate poepe’s minds. -

ParticipantThanx Adriana. Notice taken. Quite relieved actually. FB advertising is very tedious and time consuming for little gain. Constructing lists of current and previous clients from other business and social streams. And will begin there. Once I have done the project on elevator pitch, I commit to calling 5-10/day. I have scheduled a scyf seminar for 2 weeks time so fast tracking the projects on this forum to get good immediate sales results.

ParticipantOver the next six months I plan on investing the following:
6 hours per week on sales and Marketing
Initially, this means:
Getting Facebook adverts up and running for my coaching
Starting to create content (writing blogs, videos etc.)
Writing e-mail sequences to fit in with my online advertisingThe aim is to achieve one or two new clients per month until the end of the year for three-month programs, starting in August.
When that is up and running, and I am starting to develop a bit of a database here with the right clients in Sydney:
Start to run public events, talks and workshops that hopefully can lead people towards NLP programs.By that stage I should have a job meaning:
Facebook Marketing $15 per day to assess how my adverts run (approx $450 per month)
I also have some other elements in place that I need for my online marketing.According to my vision, I will be working 8 hours per week on coaching by the end of November (this will happen on Weeknights and weekends.
Energy wise, at the moment it is terrific.
I regularly apply EFT, and visualisation techniques, affirmations, TLT and other healing techniques. It wasnโt like this earlier in the year, so things there are going very.I have to admit considering how much time I would need to go through and transcribe the CDโs I am panicking. I am avoiding having to deal with that, to me, that is like weeks of work.

ParticipantI can invest currently, until Jun 5, 2019
Time: 22 hours per week.
5 hours of straight Client attraction (I teach free ways to do this)
10 hours client/ training time (coaching/training Workshops.
1 hour of paperwork,
6 hours of learning/ preparing materials.Money: 70% reinvestment of funds. 10% for self, 10% for Savings, 10% Sharing
Energy = much of my focused energy
P.S. In regards to FB: Facebook is a good way to attract clients as long as you remember that people are on Facebook for social connection, not to buy products. If I post a picture and.. a lengthy, juicy, vulnerable post about some change that I had in my life or change in a client, and then at the bottom, I let people know that I want to help more people so if they know of a similar person that can use some help please share this.. Then I put a link to my landing page in the 1st Comment, not in the post (that is important.. Fb doesn’t like it as much in the post), What I find is that people share and I get 10-50 people who want to have a free strategy session.

ParticipantHello!
How much time, money and energy do you need to invest to achieve your business goal?
-time: with a good time management (cut all the โnoisesโ when I seat down to my desk โ and whitout any energy drainage ) 20-30 hours/wk (depends if I can work in my current job breaks),
-money – a fair value, invested in the most efficient way, in order to obtain the best results. I already invested for making my site, for some intros, and I will invest for my marketing โ in 2018 โ abt $2,000
– earning energy & focus from my daily meditations,I made my daily program โ awaking up on 6.30 am โ working in the morning abt 1 hour ( before going to my current job) โ when is silence, and abt 1-2h after return to my home.. and going to bed on max. 10 pm โ in order to have abt 7 hours resting . And for the weekends – abt 5- 7 hours.
Thank for the feedback!

KeymasterSince you are on a tight budget, my suggestion is to cut out everything that’s not essential.
Marty, nobody took a seminar becasue of shirts and caps. I am not homing in this – it’s just an example becasue you mentioned it.
So focus on FB advertising and closing. Closing the sales that is. That will bring money in, so you have money to spend on marketing and advertising.
Also, if you price yourself correctly 1:1 breakthrough sessions will bring in income.
In business it is always an issue of income VS expenses.
If you think this way, it’ll be successful.
So what brings the most income do more, and cut out everything that is an expense that is not essential.
I hope this helps a little.

ParticipantHey Adriana,
I actually found this module quite challenging.
In terms of time, I currently work full time + family commitments that we all have – and I’m finding my weekly commitment in time is about 15 hours, unless I’m leading up to an event when it probably jumps to about 23.In terms of marketing, I’ve had a real resistance to investing here. My success so far has really come from networking, getting referrals and events that have been hosted by my clients where I get to pitch my event. This has worked really well so far but it certainly is capped and I am now at a point where I need to start advertising.
In terms of cost – I’m willing to invest $500/month at this stage. This will be used to market an online program I have developed that I will sell for $497. If I get results with that, I will increase it to $1000/month.
I’ll now review my goals and post back here on my alignment to them.
Thanks Adriana.

ParticipantTime: My plan is to spend 6 hours a day for NLP. 2 hours doing transcribe, 2 hours to translate course material into Mandarin, 1 hour NLP related reading, 1 hour to manage fb page and designing workshop/seminar outlines and brochure.
Money: I think spending 10% of intended income on market/advertising is fair. But honestly I am struggling because of the monthly commitment I’ve made for Master Trainer Program and Time Line Therapy (R) Trainer program. I am considering whether to commit to BNI which suppose to open up network and opportunities to market my training.
Energy: I will practice “block time” for uninterrupted energy spent in time I allocated for NLP. Will also adjust my sleeping time to sleep early so has better energy in the morning.

ParticipantHi kar-Yee, nice to see you here.
Your time use sounds very similar to how I got started, and I have recently returned to similar timing in preparing for Master Practitioner.
With regards to BNI, my experience in my first 18 months is that it returned me five times the total I put into it. Remember to add in that there is the yearly cost of membership, the monthly meeting fee, and endless cups of coffee, travel and parking expenses to have all the mini meetings outside the weekly meetings. However it did get me in several doors I would otherwise have not got through.
I think it’s good for a year or so, I’ll see how I feel as I come up to renewal. If my second year yields higher income I will stay, if not then I am making the transition, have a market presence here now, and people know me, all of which was not true when I started up the business. The initial struggle I had with Master Trainer fees was soon surpassed by my ability to earn, and I’m sure that will be true for you too.
Best wishes for continuing success! See you on TT.

ParticipantTime:
Since I finished my first training in March, I have been spending lots of time completing the translation of the material. I plan to have a full Chinese version for my students in July third training. I have also spend time reading relevant books and material in Hypnosis (I started develop a real interest in it) and also reading a couple of great NLP books in Chinese written by a famous HK teacher.
I am spending more time to complete this Forum projects, and also working on my website.
I deliver some WeChat group online talks now and then, and also prepare for a couple of offline free talks.
Money: (haven’t spend much so far)
So far I made $4500 from my first training, and around $1000 on one-on-one coaching & consulting up until the end of March.
I plan to have a professional website done, the web designer told me will cost $4000, please tell me if this is a reasonable investment. I am working on an old web-side that a friend made for me at the moment.
I only advertise on WeChat at the moment, which hasn’t cost me me perhaps $200 all together. I did do a facebook ad for a free talk, cost $40, but no results. I did also advertise the free talk on Meetup and Eventbrite, which was free of charge, recommend that.
I suppose I haven’t paid enough attention on marketing and sales, in order to achieve my goal that I set in Project 1, this should be my major focus in the next a few months.
Energy: In general I have good energy, as I am doing what a love. Hope more $ come in to boost my energy for deeper and further, LOL…

ParticipantI am finding that I have the energy for what is required to fulfil my obligations under my business plan. I now also have the time.
I do not have a load of $, in actual fact I am not sure just how much I have as I am just finishing up at my job (31st December) and am not sure of my leave balances and have been having some significant issues with a business partner for a different business which has caused unanticipated financial considerations at this time.
It causes some distress, although I am re-centring to certainty as soon as I catch myself. I do have a plan to invest in professional marketing photographs and updating the website.
I am making good money from coaching clients (packages $4,400 for 6 sessions and $198/hour for supervision/counselling), getting new leads has been a challenge as I have not been visible.
I am working on a funnel (including video) which should be going next week with a free e-book and session/discount on training, and will track how that goes.
Sales is my only focus right now.

KeymasterGen, thank you for sharing your real situation and concerns and successes.
If you begin to watch the videos in the Zoom Tab you will see that most of us do not spend money to make money in this stage of our career. I’ve been do this for a long time with the idea that I will always have positive cash flow no matter what and it has kept me creative and always looking for ideas to make money without spending and always over-delivering on what I promise to clients and students.
Keep focusing on what is working for you and I’d seriously consider looking to some of your coaching clients and who will be good candidates for your Prac trainings. Then from those clients, see which of them has colleagues or husbands/wives/family that’d want to join them in your Practitioner class.
Start there and see how quickly your training business will grow while spending zero advertising dollars… ๐

For example, one of the commitments I have made is dedicating 1.5hrs per week to completing the Weekly projects and that to me is a way of working on my business. This time is scheduled and blocked out in my diary which means it is like I am attending a client meeting.
In terms of energy, I am currently doing an 8-week challenge which is designed on exercise and diet which I have found has made me more productive and focused. I plan to keep this routine once the challenge ends. Having an exercise routine, eating healthy and having rest is important for me to be able to be productive and give my business and life the right level of attention and focus it deserves. One of the other things I have noticed is, since doing the challenge I tend to like to go to bed at 9-9.30pm and my need for rest has increased which means I feel more refreshed and energised the next day.
I have hired a company to help me with all my branding, business cards and brochures and a marketing company to help me with advertising. Whilst each of them have been large investments at the start, I am hoping to make the money back from signing students and businesses up for my trainings. Marketing for me is at infancy stages as I work on my niche, target audience and how best to reach them. -

ModeratorHello Kripa
So good to see you in the forum working your way through the projects! They are good projects aren’t they – they get you thinking!
Wow – I really like your mission – that is so positive! And all the best with your last day in the corporate world – as an employee. Just take stock of everything you have learned in that world and what you are now taking into your future. It’s great you are focusing on your health too because this is important for your energy.
I was reading through your post and wondered about the hours commitment to growing your business. I do a lot of business coaching and work with not-for-profit boards and there is one thing I found very beneficial early on in my business and that is “what I focus on is what I get”. Remember the material we learned in Prac and MPrac about focus – in that short time of 5 hrs per day over 5 days a week = 25 hours, what specifically will you achieve? How much prep for trainings will you do and how much prep for coaching clients, time allocation to sales, time allocation to marketing and so on. As 1 April is approaching, what will you accomplish in your first week? First month and so on. What are the specific business goals per week – sales etc. I am not sure about other trainers in the Forum, I know that Glen is a few years ahead of me and his advice to me was “working in your business and on your business are two different things and each requires commitment in varying ratios over time”. I found that to be true.
If you have your copy of the Business Plan from TT, I recommend you go back and review that plan. One thing I did, was get my business plan and ensured that I was very clear on my annual goal, then broke that down into 9 months…all the way down to weekly. What this did for me, is keep me very focused and I like to achieve a goal, so every week as I ticked things off, I knew that the BIG annual goal was getting closer and closer and I was more and more motivated. It’s quite an amazing feeling and I know that you like to achieve goals too. By April 2022, you will have achieved a lot in your business and you want to get it right from the beginning.
Just looking at your 1.5hour per week commitment to completing the projects in MTF – be encouraged to know that it will take you more time at first ๐ to work through projects like your business values and some of the other projects. This sort of loosens things up like driving a brand new sports car and then it’s zoom zoom zoom for your business… What is really good about the projects (I found) is that these get you thinking and then you can take action with your own business. I would love to share an example: I was doing the project on reframes for TLT(R) and i did some of my own research about TLT(R) and now use many of my reframes with clients and in our trainings – particularly Sleight of Mouth in MPrac which is one of my favourite sections (they all are). They just roll of our tongue and there are no objections – WOW! does this help with time, energy and money? Yes and it will help you too. At first, just that project took me about 45min to finish. Like I said, once you do the projects, they become resource gems for you. It’s like working ON your business. Absolutely great resources – all just for you.
I know at pracs, students always ask us about marketing – at our pracs and also at the TJC ones. Have you read through your manual on marketing an NLP Business? Good pointers in there – It’s very useful. How is the company you hired going?
So here you are, transitioning to your very own business and I know it’s a great feeling and the forum is a place where you can share, learn and grow! Can’t wait to see what you are doing in 5 years when you become a MASTER TRAINER!!! WOW!!

ParticipantI am doing this work full time now, so I’m all in.
Whatever the time and energy commitment is, I’m here for it.Based on where I am now, I need at least 30 hours/week (some of it day time, some of it night)
I set boundaries around weekends unless I’m in pre-training or training mode so I can spend quality time with my son.I actively am on the phones M-Thur 10-4pm – this time consists of sales calls, follow up, outreach to prospective new clients.
– During this time I’m also interviewing on podcasts, producing my podcast, co-facilitating clubhouse rooms, doing IG lives, and producing content for social media platforms.During the evenings (after the kiddo is in bed) I typically do my advertising stats, tracking, & optimization, and this is time for brainstorms, and admin /business items.
10 hours/ week on personal & professional development
10 hours / week personal self care time (mental, spiritual, and physical wellness practices) – I have to build this in…What I need from an investment standpoint is:
About $1500-2000/month in marketing/advertising budget (I do YouTube Ads)
$2000-$3000/mo for contractors and admin staff (social media, PR, podcast management)
– This will likely increase as My goal is to hire a dedicated (part time hours) social media marketing manager by July 1st.
$200-500/month in other admin costs…(email marketing platforms, software memberships, etc)
$6000/month in payroll (at the moment it’s just me on payroll)
There are other small costs that come up (per quickbooks) and these are the major ones I can think of.I am able to maintain this because in addition to trainings I am still doing 1-1 personal consulting and coaching, as well as corporate trainings (by request), however, I’ve installed in my future that by December 20th, 2021 the trainings alone will sustain and exceed all costs.

ModeratorHi Maiysha
You are really getting into this! Fantastic!
It’s clear you are clear on your boundaries to support your focus!
I can see that you are focused with your time which is giving you good outcomes.
Going forward and as your business grows, are you outsourcing tasks to free your time to work on and in the business? Looking at the other 20 hours you want for personal and professional development and self care…
You may have already done this in your business plan or your growth plan, have you started to include how the investment will give you ROI and you get the time for the personal and spiritual growth? Or is the time you gain from the new hire part of this? In your profit/loss forecast, you will be able to forecast the income from the expenses easily as well as ensure you grow your revenue resilience – if you want to talk about revenue resilience let me know. Maintaining expenses and income is a stable strategy for now. A post Adriana did earlier in this project is ‘what strategies are working for you”. Looks like you are really focused on that ๐
You are doing so so well and we can’t wait to read more for the other projects!!
See you soon, Gina ๐

ParticipantThank you Gina!
I’d love to talk revenue resilience (among other things).
I am outsourcing alot of my activity now, and I just hired a marketing manager to take some of the day to day team communication.
I should be able to continue to estimate my expenses as the trainings grow. I have an accountant that gives me revenue predictions and we meet quarterly to discuss income goals and tweak expense strategies.I appreciate your feedback. I’d love to speak to you when you have a chance!
Warmly

ModeratorMy pleasure… check your email and we will set a time next week after Master Practitioner finishes in Sydney. Revenue resilience is a topical topic!
Ahhh revenue resilience is a hot topic for business owners… in a world of disruption, ensuring that the disruption is treated as an opportunity and any potential threats to revenue are turned into revenue opportunities. For example, in the coaching world, coaches who saw a potential threat to client-coach interface and changed their coaching programs, offering online retreats etc to protect revenue and grow another source of revenue. Or the construction industry – builders are building houses with different designs and reducing reliance on materials that are in a long supply chain and import based. It’s like an offshoot to another opportunity. And for this to work – looking ahead and asking “what might happen – am I ready” and chunk up. Wait for it…..For what purpose?
As NLP trainers, we are very familiar with the Hierarchy of Ideas! I love that technique! I have used that one technique many many times the past 12 months with companies and boards to protect elements of revenue not affected by international travel and grow other opportunities. A university in Brisbane asked me to deliver a webinar on Hierarchy of Ideas to business owners and students – it works so well and they loved it. Basically, you can apply Hierarchy of Ideas to many many contexts with brilliant results. The connection between revenue resilience and Hierarch of Ideas is this: as business owners, what are we doing to consider how threats can become opportunities – just by using Hierarchy of Ideas, we can design opportunities and explore ways to gain market share or create a new market! Of course a good calculated risk plan is part of all this too.
Hope this little description about revenue resilience and one of my favourite NLP techniques helps.
Talk soon and am so excited to see your great posts in this Forum!! Gina ๐
