I have not been participating in the forum of late. And have not thought it appropriate to share until this thread.

Prior to my first prac I went off my antidepressants again. I previously went off them following MP and resumed on doctors recommendation after a couple of SEEs.

My mental health has declined again and I put it down to yet another SEE and ongoing grief combined with having been running flat out on cortisol for several months.

This article reminds me that I had also picked up a paracite whilst in Vietnam a few months ago. I will do more research and see what I find out.

      Thanx for this x
