Trainings during the Social Distancing Period

What are some of the changes/strategies you’re considering or implementing in light of the restrictions in the current environment?

Hey Reg!! The ABNLP has just released temporary standards in these times for certification. Online classroom hours and live demo/exercise time for full certification.
Personally I’d look to what you can and cannot do, legally and still hold your trainings to fit within those guidelines yet you’re still delivering the same quality coaching/training you ever have.

The hotel we’ll be using in Florida can only have 10 people in that meeting room and each chair will be 6 feet away from one another in the classroom, the hotel is happily assisting me to run the training, keep their hotel busy, and stay within the law.

Would you like to share some of your ideas?
