Hello Again Master Trainer Program Students!
As The Tad James Company has been working very hard in the background to give you more resources, strategies, tools, ideas and to create an even more engaging community of elite level thinkers from around the world you can tap into at any time, we have also gone one step further to give you more.
it is with great pleasure that I introduce to you, our newest member of the TJC team, Gina Palmer!
Gina has been working very closely with TJC over the last 3-4 years in a Training Room assisting capacity and is very active in the NLP Training and Coaching scene here in Australia. Gina has a WEALTH of experience in a number of different key industries that have helped her and her husband Glen, create a successful NLP Training and Coaching business in Queensland, Australia.
Gina’s role with TJC will specifically be focused on the Master Trainer Program and supporting each and every one of you, on your journey, as you complete the full 5 year Master Trainer Program.
This support will include engagement on the Master Trainer Program forum, making sure you are all onboarded with the new app when it comes out, she will host the webinars in the future and be a point of contact for Trainer support – Gina@nlpcoahcing.com.I asked Gina to write a few words about herself so you can all know a little more about the friendly face whom you will be seeing more of ?
“I am very excited to be here in the MT Forum with you my global peers, ‘hearing’ your success and seeing us share remarkable experiences. We may be on individual journeys but collectively we are moving forward and collectively impacting many lives globally. That in itself is a powerful reason for us to connect in this forum and to take the action we are to lead and influence global transformation.
Conor asked me to write something about me. Well, I can give you my name and that I live on acreage. But, I will share a bit more…
I grew up on a multi-crop farm in northern NSW (Australia) and learned a lot from my parents and community. One thing that is a continuous theme with me since I was little, was a healthy curiosity and loving results. Sometimes my curiosity got me lost in the forests around the farm or saving wildlife washed up on the beaches at Byron Bay – That’s another story. My parents would probably say that I asked too many questions!
We encountered many struggles. When I was 12, we lost almost our whole farm due to a 1:100 year flood and a severe cyclone that destroyed thousands of acres of the environment. We were left with our 4WD, my pet calf (Caramel), our two dogs, clothes on our back and some things salvaged by my mum from the house. And as we stood there on a high road near the house, my parents said “tomorrow, we will start the clean-up and each of us has a job to do…” It was said with incredible conviction – and I still remember it. Two days later, the whole community got into the clean-up… I realised at that point, that I grew up in my mind. I watched people own their responsibility, sharing resources, working individually and together depending on what had to be done, there were BBQs too anywhere there was a clean spot! There were no short-cuts to success. Eventually, bit by bit, fences went up, crops were sown, machinery shared and, everyone with their own individual focus had a whole of community and whole of world focus too. My family’s farm produce was transported to Sydney and Melbourne and at times the produce ended up in New Zealand! Slowly all the farmers got back on their feet with a whole new perspective. I heard neighbouring farmers say to my parents “The past has learnings, the now is the focus and the future is our destiny”. And, I decided to be an educator and own a property like my parents’ when I grow up. I was really driven to make it happen for me and to be independent.
Some years passed and I accomplished my goals and yet I was not finished. There was more and still is more. Our world is a complex place with complex systems and it is also a world of simplicity and order. I love change, results, working with others to facilitate change, personal evolution, and I want to collectively lead the world towards global consciousness to safeguard humanity.
I discovered NLP a long time ago and after Glen (my husband) completed The Tad James Company Practitioner, Master Practitioner and all Trainers Training’s, I too went through the TJC trainings – and had a lot fun along the way. We both completed APEP 1 a few years ago (wow what a great difference that made in our lives) and am doing all the APEP’s. I completed the Intro to Huna last year with Adriana and loved it – this was the most transformative experience for me. Thanks Adriana!
This brings me to being here… to the Master Trainer Program Year 3, leading trainings, coaching, growing my consciousness and our successful business and leading change. Oh – and developing our permaculture property!
