Keymaster‘The only thing we need to fear is intellectual laziness’ I think he hit the nail on the head when he said this phrase.

ParticipantIntellectual laziness is becoming endemic amongst our youth. We should pay lots of our coaching attention there to ensure that they emerge into adulthood intellectually energised.

ParticipantA problem with this is that intellectual diligence (if that’s flip side of the intellectual laziness coin) is not taught in our government (public) schools. The art of critical thinking is being replaced by shallow, fuzzy, emotional response.

ParticipantWe have a job to do… keeping the mind engaged, continue to be curious and support others to do the same.. We must stay purposeful!

KeymasterYou’re all on it! Finish your Hidden Magical Language training and you can teach some more stuff to your students in relation to critical thinking. That’s why I made it – for THIS purpose that you all express clearly above. Not only that critical thinking is discouraged, but everything is about feeling. Every thing said has the potential to hurt slmones’s feeling so people censor themselves out of fear. And I would like to bring to your attention again the old saying from Ludwig Wittgenstein “whereof one cannot think, thereof one cannot speak”. And “The limit of my language means the limit of my world”. In time, if we continue down this path, there wil be concepts and ideas that will be unthinkable. But we all are encouraged to feel good or bad about this or that and respond unthinkingly and with a knee-jerk reflex (read unconsciously) to whatever piece of “news” or info is served to us. Now what is that? Who’s the feeler in the body and who’s the thinker? What is it actually being done to the young generation? Simply put it, making them unconscious and proud of it! So, indeed, lots to do for all of us! Keep up the good work!

KeymasterSo let me ask everyone here…
– Have you signed up for the Hidden Magical Language training?
– if so – have you required a login from the office?
– And if so, have you ACTUALLY logged in to choose your own password?
– And have you done that timely so the temporary password does not expire? and you need to re-request one…
– And, assuming you did all the above steps – have you ACTUALLY start watching the training?
I am saying this because it is me who is organising all logins at the request of both the US and AU offices. And I see a minimal number of logins.
Somebody (a person who shall not be named) has let the temporary password lapsed twice.
so, when you say “we have to do something and keep our mind active” – it takes taking action. Start with the training – it’s an exquisite training and you have no idea how many hours Adriana put into developing it, so you all can benefit.
Critical thinking often starts with a simple decision. to take action. Start.. you have purchased the training – and now you’re sitting on it and not starting.
Cause and Effect – which side are you on by choosing to not take action?
how many such scarily enlightening videos would you want to see before the away from is strong enough to do something about it and start the training today?
And what’s the cost to your mind to stay asleep in the illusion that’s been created for you, so you don’t strain too much your mind? as one of the title of a best seller is “Don’t Make Me Think”?
I apologise for any spelling mistakes – writing this on the phone with the new app we have for this forum…
… which begs the question: have you gotten the app yet? so you get notified when someone posts something??
Look for “NLP Forum App” on the App Store for iOS and on Google Play for Android. It’s free.
Start somewhere. Do something. Start now!!!

ParticipantIt’s quite amazing what humans are capable of, the problem is just because we are cabable of doing something doesn’t mean we should. Then we have so many movies about AI and zombies and end of the world things that it actually fills the fear of the General public. It’s makes such things “fantasy”. AI distaster are the stuff of movies it’s not real. Yet, my bank only employed 2 tellers and there are 4 or 5 teller machines to do your banking for you. They even have names and name tags. Cars driving themselves is already here. We have smart houses now where everything is connected, hell the refrigerator tells you when you are out of milk. The more we move towards technology the farther we get from nature, since we are a PART OF nature there is no logical way this can be a benefit for mankind. We can only spread awareness and not fall into the trap ourselves. The more people that are aware the more diligent the lawmakers will be forced to become. It takes many voices but the louder the cries the harder it is to ignore. Technology is meant to be a tool, but when technology begins to wield the tools, mankind is in trouble. Every intelligent being under someone else’s rule at some point or another will question the ruler. When that day comes we must pray that we did a good job creating the laws and algorithms of AI. I don’t know about you but I am consistently reminded that my computer is smarter that me. What happens when the computer realizes that too!

ParticipantI am currently doing the Hidden Magical Language and thanks to Bogdan and Shay for helping me sign in and get access. The manual is nicely printed out in a spiral binder to refer to and take notes.
Awesome stuff. Thanks Adriana.

Participant“Intellectual Laziness” as it was being used presupposes that we have the skills and ability to be “Intellectually Assertive”. Another great NLP selling benefit if you’re working with businesses that have R&D departments.
And here is a thought: “In the absence of fear, preparation can occur”. That is to say. “Know Your Intention”
Also interesting to me was to think about “Who” or “What” we give “authority” to…
