ParticipantMy background is 15 years pharmacy experience doing comprehensive medication reviews and optimizing drug therapies for patients. In my experience, the best medicine is good wholesome food and to be at cause.
I want to offer training most specifically to people (public) who have been diagnosed by their doctors as having a chronic illness (Diabetes Type II, hypertension, fibromyalgia, depression etc.) If I could narrow it down, I feel I can make the most economical impact by training people with Diabetes. I am aware there are a lot of programs for diabetics, however, my program that I offer will be to train them on NLP practitioner level so that they have the tools to help themselves and others. I feel NLP is so valuable and will help create massive transformation. I want to give the most valuable and practical training I can give to create the most change in the people that come to my trainings. What sets my training apart from others is that I will offer the most value for the money. They spend 5 weeks with me and gain practical skills they can use forever. In contrast, what is offered by insurance companies and providers is a quick 20min-30 min follow up and coaching session that will be drawn out for months without any specific tools on making changes. I will also be prequalifying the students to those who are wanting to make changes and are willing to do anything.
It would be great to offer trainings to the general public but I’m not sure that is going to be economical for me at this time. Some possibility, are to work in collaboration with a clinic, but I don’t like to be constrained by their rules and regulations.
So I’m thinking that I may be doing group coaching at the same time as NLP Pract training?…. I’m not sure how this will work out… and feeling fuzzy about this.
Or it is possible for me to do the Group Coaching and have the NLP Pract separate.Once I am successful and have more experience training, in the future I want to offer trainings to Health Care Providers. To help them successfully work with their patients and get the best outcome in therapy. Why not do this now? Well, honestly, I feel that I want or should have more experience coaching/training with people who have been diagnosed with chronic diseases before I pursue working directly with healthcare providers.
Any and all help is appreciated. I am getting more and more clear on what I want as I progress through this journey. Thank you All for your insights and support.

ParticipantMy realistic goals:
1. Two group coachings per year in March and in May 2019
2. Rollover the group coaching attendees to my NLP Pract or my VIP continuos Coachings.
3. My first NLP Pract is scheduled for 2/2/19 and I have one client already enrolled.I feel good about these goals and I know I can do more, however, I do have some “away from” values to work out (Values Level 4 thinking). Then, in terms of ecology, I have 3 young kids and I want to balance my time with them too as well as being there for my husband. Not to mention that I still have a part time job. So, Yes, I am very carefully balancing it all out.
My purpose for coaching and training is to empower people to reconnect with their body, mind, emotions for deep healing and transformation. Doing this will achieve a decrease in healthcare spending and chronic diseases.
The greater purpose of my business is to “Accelerate the Evolution of Medicine”.
My Business Values/Hierarchy:
Value (Doing what works, worthwile)
Quality (Lasting effect on the people I work with)
Integrity (do what I say I will do)
Money (be financially independent and viable)
Generosity (give to charity)That’s what I got. Any suggestions from anyone is greatly appreciated. I’m here to learn and grow.
