The reason for my business is to provide a high quality 1:1 coaching and NLP training in a safe, fun and empowering environment on the Mornington peninsula, melbourne.

My business will be set apart from similar business’s by training My students to have certifications in NLP, Time Line therapy and Hypnosis in the price for one.
My students will be certified through the ABNLP, ABH and time line therapy association
My 1:1 clients will enhance there life, businesses and personal growth by doing breakthrough sessions

Strengths: 23 years experience in the dental industry with 14 years of manager experience. Qualified NLP, Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis Practitioner with certification in Training and certifying students
Weakness: Time management as it is only me

Complete my trainers training in hypnosis and couselling in Sydney 2020
Assist Brad in NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner in Melbourne 2020
Assist in Trainers Training in Sydney prior to me doing my Trainers training in hypnosis
Build a professional website as I currently have one through go daddy sites
Professional branding photos: being done next week

In the next 6 months I need to do the following:
Deliver two introductory seminars and one NLP Practitioner seminar with 5 people in each seminar and training
Build a data base of 500
Complete my Time line therapy trainers training and NLP coach online

In the next month i need to do the following:
Build a new website for NLP Practitioner certification and 1:1 coaching
Market on facebook and Instagram
Deliver 2 introductory seminar for NLP Practitioner
Sales of 5 people for my first NLP Practitioner
Complete my Time Line Therapy and NLP coach online to deliver in my seminars and practitioner courses

What i need to do every week is the following:
Sales for my first NLP Practitioner
Lunch time presentations in the dental setting
Marketing for women in business seminars

Marketing my brand and modalities

Hello everyone, today im starting my projects and am very excited to be on board with this amazing company that has transformed my life and allowed me to live my dream. 2019 has been an amazing year where I completed my Practitioner, master practitioner and trainers training. I opened up my business along side working as a Practice manager for a dental surgery the past 14 years but the best part was meeting my biological mum for the first time from england thanks to all of the modalities we have learnt to let go of negative emotions etc. Today I am free of all negative emotions, have a relationship with my family in england and living my best life thanks to everyone at the Tad James Co. I cannot wait to see what the next 12 months brings.
