Hello loves! On day 7 (day off) of my very first Master Prac! We have 36 in the room and one in Ireland online. They are all healer/massage therapists/body workers and I am absolutely overwhelmed with gratitude for the sheer awesomeness of this experience!
Our board break yesterday was utterly magical. Like… so many people sobbed uncontrollably afterward… some Shaking and crying as they approached the board, but they got in state, dialed in physiology, focused, and SMASHED IT!!! I am so proud of how HUGE these people are PLaying!!!
One of my students recently had back surgery and then while recovering broke both of her ankles. And she still flew in and showed up for the training. I went over the precautions for the board break and she said no Rebecca, I’m going to do it. She did it while sitting in a chair and when she was finished had the hugest grin on her face with her hands up in the Rocky pose. When she shared what she got out of it she said she broke through 20 years of people telling her she couldn’t do things because of her back. What a incredible humbling moment.
